Pipeline Week

Pipeline Week is here again! This conference is in its second year features the Geospatial and Information Technology Association (GITA) and Pipeline Open Data Standards (PODS) join together to create Pipeline Week, held between September 15-17 at The Woodlands, TX.

The PennWell Corporation sponsors the conference and promises to deliver 3 exciting days that “will include a robust program of Operator presentations, workshops, training, and round-table discussions focusing on leveraging the PODS Standard. Running simultaneously, GITA’s Oil & Gas Pipeline Conference will host an operator forum, a number of dynamic panel discussions, and numerous networking functions” according to the website. The conference promises to deliver with some big name sponsors and over 70 exhibitors.

Oil and Gas Space is pleased to announce that we will be offering live coverage of this event. Staff will be on site bringing you updates about conference presentations and programs to our members as well as conference attendees. We will be providing full access to all things Pipeline Week and for those who can’t attend you can get real time information about the conference and communicate with co-workers and colleagues who are there.

Oil and Gas Space has created a Twitter Group called Pipeline Week 2015 Forum an open moderated discussion for conference attendees and ogspace.com members to share in the experience.
